Well, that stinks... I played it a second ago and it seemed to work.

Yeah, I heard this song called "Battle for the Sun" by Placebo on a Xena vid a while back and I think it would make an awesome Madeline vid!!

Oh that vid! It's been EVERYWHERE in my world--I think pretty much everyone I know on Facebook has linked it (since a very high percentage of people in my Facebook circle are people with PhDs in English). It's so sad, but oh so very true. I had a version of that conversation with a student just the other day, in fact. *sigh*

Yeah, when my professor showed me the vid I was torn between cracking up in hysterics and hanging my head at the truth contained in the vid.

See, this was the whole reason I chose the masters of Public Administration program over following up on my B.S in History. I was a little afraid of being very knowledgeable about German history and being very unemployable.

Oh, I remember those days and college can be a scary time when you realize that your imminent decisions are going to set your path for life- or at least they are suppose to set your path for life.
