managed to turn off the main water valve!

... not sure what I got last night ... the gas probably ... xD

just need to dry this section of the carpet ... open to suggestions ...

Claire suggested stealing someone's hairdryer ... so yes, applications for partners in crime is also now open >.O

Hairdryer would work. Fan would also work. If you've got absolutely nothing, just open all the windows, and it'll dry itse;f, eventually.

Though, depending on how wet things are, mold might be a problem...
