Warnings: Some spoilers for HBP and Deathly Hallows. Sort of.
[A small boy darts past the screen, laughing and waving his arms as an older man follows, telling Teddy to slow down for daddy as just offscreen there's laughter. The little boy changes his hair colour as he runs, shifting from brown to blue to pink to turquoise to yellow and more until Tonks finally appears, snagging the child and pulling him onto her hip as she kisses his head before the man - one Remus Lupin to those who know him - kisses her, Teddy clapping his hands.
"I don't know where he gets all that energy from," Remus says and Tonks laughs again as her own hair shortens so that chubby little fingers can't tangle in it.
"My dad said I was a right handful at his age; mum says she's amazed she wasn't completely grey by the time I went to Hogwarts."
"I can believe that." Remus laughs as Tonks shoves him lightly, bouncing Teddy on her hip. "I suppose I should go get dinner started?"
"Please. Well, unless you fancy burnt everything again. And if we're lucky, we'll get him down before the match starts on the radio."
Remus nods and heads inside as Tonks sits down on the grass, Teddy in her lap as she pulls out her wand, shooting out harmless little sparks as he smiles and grabs at them.
"Look Teddy," she says and there's the swish and flick of a wand and a crop of golden butterflies fly towards the screen and as the yellow glow obscures the screen, twin laughs can be heard.]
[Tonks wakes with a start and makes an odd face towards her Dreamberry as she reaches over to poke at it with her wand.]
Harry, I blame you for this. Housewife indeed.
[The Dreamberry is then laid flat on the table next to her bed to broadcast a lovely view of the ceiling as Tonks gets up and about her day.]
