Yesterday i brought jayden to the turtleback zoo. They've done a LOT of work on it over the past year. It looks great. Anyway, so we had a great day at the zoo. He listened to me, and we had a lot of fun together..until it came time to wait on line for the train. He kept taking off & running away from me, so when i brought him back for the 50th

you're not strict at all...the problem w/ some parents is that they'll make "threats" like that, but never ever follow through, which just confuses the kid/lets the kid know that he/she can get away with ANYTHING! i've seen it done w/ my sister a lot, and i think it's part of the reason she doesn't listen to my parents often
