Five years ago, I got thrown under a bus by somebody I thought loved me. So it goes.
That shook me so much I tried to faint, and since had I never fainted before, I just shook it off. Man that was weird.

By strange coincidence I was thinking about you this week as I've had to strip down my bookcases and move all my books to do some decorating. Among the far-too-many books I own I came across Rush Limbaugh Is A Big Fat Idiot, and other observations, which you sent me many years ago when I was in Liverpool. Flicking through it gave me a chuckle, which made me wonder what you're upto.
I'm sad to hear you're having health problems, I hope you're taking care of yourself. What kind of music are you making? I took up the alto sax about 10 years ago, probably still years after we last spoke, and tend to play old blues, jazz & show tunes stuff in a sax band. Mostly American stuff :)

Sax, you say?
I'm going back to my roots. This is all old school R&B, blues and some hip-hop. Some topical, some political, some ballad, some jump blues. Your basic excursion into the music I grew up with.
If you wanna fly over and blow some horn, I can't pay you but the food is good. : )
