It's odd how sometimes you really have to dig for news, localize national stories, etc. and sometimes the news just seems to come to you. We had the tornado last week and this week an 18-year old suspected of killing his girlfriend's parents in Pennsylvania kidnaps the girl and comes 600 MILES to Indiana to be captured about 25 miles from here. No, if I had been calling the plays, they would have stopped running the ball entirely after the first quarter and probably won 41-17.

So we all know that the bucket game is no bell game, but it'll still be a lot of fun, especially since IU has a fighting chance this year. So it'll be a real game, instead of a brutal bashing of the Hoosiers.

Look for me down on the field. I'm taking pics for the paper up here. I've got two tone hair...can't miss me!
