Yeah, I've always thought that when Jesus said to "take this in rememberance of me" He wasn't referring to meat. Apparently, the theologians are arguing that the Greek word 'sarkos' was only used as literal flesh.
But, I've taken Communion for years,and I know that I'm not tasting literal human flesh.:-)
I think the best way to come to terms with what Jesus said is that His presence is there, that is, He dwells within us as we partake of Holy Communion. I would look up the definition of "Real Presence".
