Oho, the LJ ads. D: Does Kat have the adblock plugin? We're so used to not seeing ads over here that we kind of forget everyone else can still see them. (I'm afraid to find out what kind've weird ads are showing up on my LJ, heh.)
Things have been pretty subdued around here too. We're all reeling a bit from Erin's schedule change and her abominable sleeping habits, but we've been pestering her to get back to answering comments for days now. Er, sorry for the absence, by the way.
Wow, Hope? :D We haven't really been exposed to FFXIII yet, but I kinda see the resemblance there. Erin likes to compare me to other characters too. (Lately she's been going on about how Ruffnut from How To Train Your Dragon totally reminds her of me when I was younger. I'm not sure whether that's hilarious or just insulting.)We're all intrigued by Hayden's story in general, though at the moment I can't think of anything specific to ask about. (We love the art Kat has up on her Wordpress gallery, tho

So far, for some reason, Kat's avoided adblock. I don't know why, though. They have ads that have sound and video without asking for it. It's highly intrusive

And neither of us know what we would want out of such a conversation.
I think we all have moments of "if I could say it to their face".
Riha and I each have a couple of people that, were they to move to a colony on Mars, we would not be terribly upset.
Riha's reached the "have a nice life/I'm so over you" phase for hers. Me? I think I'd be afraid of losing my temper.
Funny thing: she's had people try to appeal to us headmates in order to get Riha to relent on whatever it is they want. It doesn't do them much good, we just thought it was funny.
Especially since in this point in time IRL, Mars doesn't even have a breathable atmosphere, I'm inclined to echo those sentiments.
I think I was built to lose my temper. It's rubbed off on Kat. I'm a bad influence.
She started in on Stripes the first chance she got. With Lucrecia. >( Both Stripes and Kat were confused, and it led to a lot of damage to an older friendship of Kat's that's stayed mostly off the internet. Not that that relationship wasn't already headed downward from the getgo, but getting backhanded by someone who'd been your best friend since 7th grade for telling them you're in love with them hurts no matter who you are.
I dunno if I'm a bad influence, tho I feel bad some of my emo seems to seep through at times. :P
Yeah, we had one kinda like that. Nothing as serious as yours, but the friendship was kinda slowly dissolving. Just...different phases and places in life, I guess. Nothing wrong with that. Some people grow up, others just grow apart. :P

Me, I'm associated with whiny, alternative women singers like Sinead O'Connor and the Indigo Girls. Or Glam Rock. I like Glam Rock.

I'm not surprised you'd be into glam rock. Who is your favorite glam rocker in particular?

David Bowie, hands down. Freddy Mercury is a close, close second.
