For those of you following the continuing saga of the sleepytiger, I got my report when I got to the 2nd sleep study where they attached a mask to my nose and pumped air into my face. Here are the highlights from the report:

Don't be afraid to shop around a bit on what mask to stick with. If your insurance is at all decent, you'll be able to replace it a couple of times a year or so without going broke, and you should do that instead of being a tool like me who lets them get really rundown, and that's always a good opportunity to go to your respiratory care place and say "let's try some different masks."
Several friends are all about the "nose pillows" style which -- well, picture's worth a thousand words: http://www.cpapman.com/hints2.htm Personally, I find them excruciating, and I wish I didn't because they'd be less hassle in a number of ways. Sigh.
Anyhow, best of luck! My CPAP hasn't made me a powerful adonis but it has made me, you know, not asphyxiate in the night. So there's that.

And as far as it making me a powerful Adonis, I'm mostly concerned with "powerful Adonis with regards to not falling asleep at client sites and at work."
I suspect this will do that.
