this morning at 5:10 am. no one shows up at the desk till 5:30am. all the while there is a Spanish couple sitting and waiting. the girl is wearing white pants and jacket (its important later on as you will see) at about 5:45 some one else comes in that speaks Spanish, and we find out that the woman is in pain. she went to the ER but they told her
