Two questions I just realized that I had:

1. Do we have to put ratings for all fics we nominate, or just FRM and FRAO fics?
2. Do we have to include category and pairings (gen, slash, Hotch/Prentiss, etc) on the ballot?

Sorry to be a bother. And if it turns out you answered these somewhere already than I'm REALLY sorry, but I poked around and didn't spot them anywhere.

*facepalm* Sorry! You're not a bother - I should delete that bit about the ratings. It turns out that in addition to most people forgetting to include ratings with their nominations, I'm anal, and have been double-checking everything for myself anyways. So, no - you don't have to include ratings or pairings with your nominations - I have to check all of the nominated fics for myself either way, so it's probably easier if I just find those for myself. Thanks for asking, though (a small number of people have unfortunately been submitting confusing/wrong nominations and it's creating a small hassle, so I appreciate you reading through everything so thoroughly). :)

Thanks =D I'm a bit anal about things like that myself and I was getting all worried about it, dunno why, probably a bit of an overreaction. It does sound like you're setting yourself up for a lot of work checking everything personally, though, do you have anyone to delegate to/help you out with that? I'm, you know, around, if need be.

It's still just me running things at this point. I had a bit of a rough start, but I think I've got a system going now that works (as long as nominations keep coming in in small increments - my big fear is that I'll get 20 ballots at midnight on Jan 9 lol). Thanks for the offer, though! I still might take you up on it. :)

For the upcoming Awards, the year considered is going to be 2009, right?

Yep - I'll be posting an updated set of rules/FAQ/categories once the poll closes, along with the new dates, but it's fics from 2009 that will be eligible.
