Last week when I finally finished all of my stuff at work, I prepped for Brina's shower. It all turned out beautifully and I am so thankful! I have had some great conversations lately about my school, my district, the state, and our nation in terms of education. The positive of it all is that our state and 44 others, I believe, have adopted these Common Core standards. For the first time in our nation's history, we will all be teaching the same standards! 30 it is! Thankful for a great birthday last Friday.
