Woke up at 6:45 to lift and go over to school and the sessions don't start till July 6th. Wow thanks Coach Cos. Oh well, went to the beach for a while with Marina, Becca, and Steve Q. My man Stevie Schank showed up with some other guys. Played some frisbee and volleyball. Shells and hotness of sand > feet. Came home and went right to bball.
