3) My memory escapes me. Elucidate, if you please. I don't recall specifically an overwhelming desire to have Mr. Bush die. People just didn't want him in office anymore. It's one thing to say you don't like Obama. It's another to say you want him dead. Where exactly does this infantile hatred get you, anyway?

To be fair, maybe the people who hated Bush were smart enough to realize that if he died, that would make Dick Cheney president.
