Well, I just got the call that my Uncle Willie died today. It was expected. He had lung cancer and by the time they found out it had spread to his liver and such. He's been getting worse and worse pretty rapidly the last couple months. We had a big family get-together down at his place a few weeks ago. My mom told me sometime this past week ( Read more... )

I'm sorry :( Death is never fun. But at least you know he's not suffering anymore, lung cancer is one of the worst ways to go in my opinion. Honestly, I wish my Dad had just sort of 'let himself go'. Instead he held on as long as possible and it made it that much tougher when he finally did go.

Go give Jarin a big kiss....that always helps me :) [Only with Savannah obviously]
