yea, there's a ledge with some flowers over near the Ticket window and Yankee Stadium, on the former 157th Street that is now a pedestrian walkway between a parking garage and the Stadium. It goes down for the majority of the walkway, from around the Babe Ruth bat/smokestack, down to the Right Field gate. People looking to sell or buy tickets often stand on that to gain attention.

Yea, I've been to Yankee Stadium too many times to be able to tell exactly where he is, what direction he's facing, and how long the ledge with the shrubbery is. Hmmm... I have no life.
