The curse of insomnia strikes again...

I hate when I can't sleep for no good reason.

I hope Tess doesn't want to work wednesday...then I get to pick up an extra shift...

I'm kinda hungry....

I need to get some sleeping pills or something, so maybe, EVENTUALLY I'll be able to sleep at a NORMAL time...

Hey Tina--

I had to give you some advice because I was in the same boat as you a few years ago.

First of all, I have a hard time sleeping when I have a lot on my mind so I began listening to something-- like a book on tape or nature sounds. I now listen to nature sounds every night and it works great!

Another idea, take a Tylonol PM before bed (like around 9 or 10). It's not a sleeping pill (completely) and won't be addictive. Do this for a few days in a row and see if that works. That was some advice my Grandma gave me (who is a nurse) and it worked well.

try melatonin... it's the same thing that your body produces when its starts to get tired... natural... and non-addicting
