I want to gain 10 lbs. by the time I turn 17, less than two months away, so that I can give blood.
You need to be 17 years old and a minimun of 110 lbs.
I'm about 103-104 lbs. now, but getting up to a solid 115 would be ideal, just so that I know I wouldn't get there and be 109 lbs. or something.

You still need protein to build muscles from working out. Eggs and fish are good for that, and fish provides a lot of iron, I think.
I remember from my nutrition class that pound-for-pound, girls your age need more iron than boys, because of the need to replace blood every month.
