What triggered this sudden epiphany?

Three conclusions actie March 21 2004, 13:29:33 UTC
There are only three things that could cause you to appreciate life, at least truly appreciate it in the Nietzschean aspect and with precise mathematical harmony.

1. Witnessing death.

Possible, but you probably wouldn't have ended with the smily-face.

2. Giving birth.

Possible, but unlikely considering: you didn't want a child, you were not pregant, and you're not a girl.

3. Being introduced to the Beatles.

Your friend promised she'd incorp. them into the rock-'n-roll lesson plan, so we are forced to conclude that you are now a bona fide Lennonite. (Note, "Lennonite" and not "Leninite." If the latter, you'd have learned to appreciate death.)

Congratulations! Yet you still must become acquainted with Larry David, the Coen Bros., Kubrick, and Texas Hold 'Em. Four essential elements not to appreciating life, but to happily living it.

Bonam Fortunam

Sorry, but your conclusion is impossible, seeing as I have not had time to show him to the wonders of The Beatles. Unless, of course, he was introduced by another person. I, however, choose to believe, if his epiphany has any relevancy to music whatsoever, it would have to be originated from the Ben Kweller CD I loaned him.

And, in response to the Larry David comment: Of course!
