SAT and other stuff

I should have listened to Zhang Sheng when he told me not to reach any time before 8.30am on SAT day. All I did from 7.30am (the time I reached) till then was queue up (in the wrong line for most of the time) for reigstration. And the person at the registration counter wasn't any help in telling me what's the problem with my collegeboard account.
