I was noticing prior to this adjustment that the right side teeth were meeting up before the left side, and sort of sliding into place. This morning I woke up with a raging headache, and my lower right molars were incredibly sore. After I had some coffee and Aleve, I noticed that the differential between right and left is much less pronounced. Now, a couple of hours later, it's back again but not quite to the extent that it was a few days ago. I'm guessing that keeping my teeth together while I sleep is helping them to move into their correct position (and making them hurt).
Also, my lower incisors are sore enough that biting a banana yesterday was almost painful enough that I didn't want to finish it.
