Glad you liked them! After all they've been through, it's much fun to write Xander and Faith worried about something as harmless as their relationship. :D

And Spike? Pounce on Buffy? Why, no, they'll just talk a bit and then part ways. Sheesh, where do you people get these crazy ideas? ;DD

Hee, Xander's always been the mushy kind. S'about time that Faith finally admits that she likes it!

And who says there'll be Spuffy? *hangs head* Okay, of course there'll be Spuffy. Who am I trying to kid? ;)

The story becomes more and more interesting. I catch myself that I actively try to figure out what will happen next. You've created a complex and fascinating universe, where no-one is safe, and you constantly keep me at the edge of my seat.

I adore Xander and Faith's interaction in this scene. Their goofiness, their tenderness, their bravery. The contrast between the ugly surroundings and the beauty of their emotions is conveyed amazingly!

"It figures," she panted. "You tell me that in the one place I can't run away."

"I know you so well,"

I want to hug these two crazy kids! :)

"You've just gotta have some faith in her."

"I could make a really stupid joke right now,"

Heee! Thank God Xander managed to keep his mouth shut! :)

Looking forward to Buffy and Spike's scene...

Oh, thank you! I'm glad that you're still enjoying it- we're nearing the end, and I'm progressively more and more nervous about how things are developing. Your feedback means a lot to me. :)

Xander and Faith deserve some happiness, and I'm trying to squeeze in as much as I can before the end- especially since the sequel probably won't deal with them much. :(
