I just made omlette! This is the first time I have ever done this successfully, normally it ends up as scrambled eggs! I overdid it with the camembert that I was trying to use up though.

I'm feeling strangely proud of the omlette - and it was certainly yummy!!

Cheese is the secret ingredient! It glues it all together and stops the scrambled egg effect!! I just cheat and put it under the grill to finish off!!! x x
