...or just someone who is better at 'outlook' than I am.

I use microsoft outlook for my address book and diary, it works well for me and synchronises with my pda/phone to keep everything up to date. However, when I look at the contacts page (on the PC not the PDA) at the moment I can't see all the contacts. I know they're still there because I can ( Read more... )

on the PC at present, I can't see all my contacts when I am looking at the 'all contacts' category (not filtered by who are friends or family or business or anything)

on my PDA I can see all the contacts but some have different icons from others but they aren't category icons, they're icons of what type of contact they are (like messenger contact or outlook contact) I think, but I am not sure how to make them all the same - they all have the same fields available to enter info in.

*bangs head against wall* I think I'm not explaining this very well...

try this...

go to folder list - should show any contacts folders. right click folder go to properties go to outlook address book tab and tick show this folder
