Smells like applesauce!

It's an APPLEPALOOSA! Every fall we get a ton (well, 40 pounds) of apples from the apple guy at the farmers' market and then turn them all into yummy applesauce which we then give away to neighbors and freeze for the rest of the year. We just opened up our last container from last year's batch this week
