I'm assuming by the hideous shade of seafoam green in the background that your icon is a png with a transparent background, rendered in photoshop. Ever take a look at that outside of Firefox? IE users get the afformentioned shade of green. Saving it as a gif will fix that, though your nifty little drop shadow won't affect the page.
