Yep...that was downright disturbing for me. I didn't really care for it at the end...I just felt...well, I don't even know. But I didn't feel right.

So very true. I find that we all bitch about things going on or that have gone on in our lives. Always remember that someone has it MUCH worse than we could ever imagine. Being able to live in this country, alone, makes us some of the most fortunate people in this world.
If you think positive, you will have positive outcomes. Sounds really stupid, but it is so true! We should all be thankful for the things we have, sometimes it's just hard.

Yup, I know where you're coming from and wholeheartedly agree. I generally tend to be a cockeyed optimist...it's something I continue to work on.

I've got it good. I need to really take that into consideration and enjoy life more than I do...I worry too much and beat myself up over stupid stuff.

We all do. I think we are pretty spoiled to live here and be able to eat (lots) everyday.'ve never worried about where my next meal is coming from, and I couldn't imagine having that issue.
