I'd say that's a job well done. Terra, you always know how to make everything right as rain again. Or at least make it seem less like the room's about to come crashing in. I've left you a little present. I certainly couldn't use him.

There are many things I don't understand here, and I realize I came off a bit cold when I first arrived. I am a bit appalled at my own behavior. But that does not excuse you and Potter from your own actions.

If I am to be here I ask that we all at least try to get along. Severus can be a good friend if you would meet him half way rather than keeping this stupid animosity between houses going.

He has certainly graduated and you and James would be close to it now, can't you put it behind you all, if for nothing else than getting out of here. If you think my mind would be helpful than be honest enough to see that Sev is an incredibly talented wizard, he could be a great asset as well.

Please, think about it.

It isn't that simple. I'll admit he isn't all that bad a bloke ... once he's aged twenty years or so, but this one has no reason to rightly want to leave this place and hasn't once thought of helping. Trust me, to get you and the others out of here Prongs and I would do anything. It's not a place we want you all to be, especially ...it's too dangerous.

Do you even remember when we met? That first day on the train to Hogwarts. You and Potter were set against him from that day forward. He hadn't done a thing to you before you laid into him.

I don't relish the idea of being trapped here, but I will do whatever I can to get us all home. No one should be stranded.

You have no reason what-so-ever to believe me. But I'm also not the fifteen year old prat I used to be. We don't just fight with people for the sake of it anymore Alright, well sometimes, but we've got more important things to do then that.

Lil, we wouldn't leave him here any more then we'd leave each other. But he's got something here that he doesn't back home. Something important, and that means we can't trust him to help. Not like we could before.

I know what you're going to say, you don't trust me, and that's fair, we're not the same as we were before. Just, promise me you won't go believing everything he says like you heard it from the headmaster himself. Especially about us.
