Aww hun, I am so sorry that Senior year is not going like you planned! *hugs* I really hope that more of your friends decide to go to the dance. And what's this about a dance ban? That's fricken weird. Why did that happen? And why don't your friends want to go!? Tell that it'll be fun. Not even kidding. Do this, go to the dance, then go out to dinner. I personally wasn't a huge fan of the dances, but I did go to my Winter Ball Senior year (it was in December though) and we went out to The Cheesecake Factory afterwards and it was fun. Actually the dinner portion was cuz you are just with your huge group of friends. It's senior year and time for you all to enjoy it since it'll be the last months that all of you will be together. Who knows what'll happen when you all go to the college, or some of you. It's just not going to be the same. To tell them that and see if they start to change their minds
