Too bad I'm not around. I would have been able to take a look at it and see what's wrong. I'd suggest taking it to a pokemon center as soon as you can.
The last Nurse Joy I ran into was a little.......retarded. At least when it came to dark Pokemon and their teeth. I'm just searching for a specialist right now.
There are a few ways to relieve the pain of the toothache until you are able to get Umbreon's teeth looked at. If there's swelling, a cold compress on the outside of the cheek should help relieve some pain. Chilling the pain with some ice or cold water would help too, unless Umbreon's pain is being caused by teeth sensitivity, in which case that would make it worse. Keeping its head raised can decrease the pressure in the area, and staying away from anything food that is hot, cold, or sweet would be a good idea.
Oil of cloves can be used on the tooth as well, but I only reccomend it if the pain is especially bad, since it only numbs the nerve, and if you're not careful you could poison your pokemon.
