What's your favourite comfort food? Like, say if you came home from a really bad day and wanted to be comforted by a meal, what would you like to eat?

comfort, food

anything cheezy (grilled cheez, mac-n-cheez, buttered noodles w/ cheez; and the bread/noodles have to be white flour!)

potatoes or biscuits w/ gravy

deep fried things

are you going to be ok? i've been worried about this brute shit.

Cheesey things help me too. Fettuccine Alfredo used to my go-to dish whenever I needed an internal hug.

Yesterday's meeting was pretty traumatizing. I want to write about it, but I don't have the energy.

Right there with the Indian food, mac-and-cheese, and "anything cheese" suggestions. Also tamales, refried beans, egg drop soup, and soft gooey chocolate chip cookies, possibly all in the same meal.

Although for a really bad day, there's nothing like bean & cheese pupusas and fried plantains.

yeah indian food for sure.
bbq sauce on soy chicken nuggets or potato wedges.
panang curry, tom yum, soup in general, chowder variety especially.
corn bread, french loaf with a chewy crust, butter and fresh basil.
tuna sandwiches with sweet relish, red onions and celery.
soda with fake sugar, and of course ice cream.
