No sweat, the mafia always fronts the money. The percentage that the town steals from the indians is nothing compared to what the "investment group" will be taking, and the town's money might actually benefit them.

New casino going up at the reservation by my parents' place. The dirt-poor tribe managed to pay to have all of the roads going to the reservation repaved a few years ago, and this year an "investment group" bought piles of property in the surrounding area. And THEN the casino was announced. Wonder who that could have been, and why they suddenly decided to invest in real estate in a backwater county whose only industry is the state prison...
