newsflash - WSJ writes for the wealthy

WSJ has an article on "How Your Taxes Will Fare Under Obama, McCain." They show a chart that starts at a household income of $80,000. For those not in tune with income distribution in the U.S., only about 25% of the households in the country make more than $80K. So I guess they figured the 75% of the households who make less than $80K per year aren ( Read more... )

I am very fortunate and make, what I (and most) would consider to be a very nice salary, and I don't even come CLOSE to that figure... :)

At least they showed Obama was lowering taxes, that's more than I expected of them. And I wonder why they don't mention McCain's plan to start taxing employer given health care benefits. Yeah, McCain is adding a tax. In fairness they do say that probably both candidates will have to raise taxes given the financial system bailout. -H
