Change in routine
I really don't know what has gotten into me but, whatever it is... I like it. Last night rather than doing what I usually do... eat food and watch the boob tube, I made dinner, cleaned the cat box, finished some cleaning of the kitchen, pumped up the tires of my bike and rode down the Greenway and around Lake Calhoun. I loved that storm last night. We were running the show out at Chan and the light booth is up on the roof you know. And it shook! I kept telling the crew - keep your flashlights handy!
I think there is a lot to be said for going outside each day. I tell myself it will just be for 10 minutes. And then if I am having fun, I am allowed to find the time for further explorations. And of course it always works out that way. But if I was to try to commit to a 1 hr excursion each day it would be way too easy to say forget it!
