Oh hell no!
So... over the last few months I have joined weight watchers and lost about 30 lbs due to the pictures of me taken at Christmas.... (seriously who was that?!?!). Does anyone else suffer from a completely inaccurate body image? I mean, I knew I was over weight but, when I would look in the mirror I generally just saw me. Change in routine
I really don't know what has gotten into me but, whatever it is... I like it. Last night rather than doing what I usually do... eat food and watch the boob tube, I made dinner, cleaned the cat box, finished some cleaning of the kitchen, pumped up the tires of my bike and rode down the Greenway and around Lake Calhoun. Fat ass feet!
Well, it's official! Both of my shoes just had the upper pull away from the lower so I have been reduced to walking very little for the rest of the work day so I can salvage what is left of the damn things. -
Puffy!
Damn! My feet are killing me. I am PMS-ing and therefore swollen so I don't fit in my shoes. I should have worn flip flops to work today. I look forward to next week when my body gets back to normal ( Read more... )
