Is that...a SMURF?!? :O

My Bulgarian friend told me they call them Schtroumpfs in Europe. This seems unnecessarily complicated.

It is! Apparently, it is the 50th anniversary of the creation of the Smurfs, and France is super excited about it.

I hadn't heard the Schtroumpf thing! People felt sorry for me and spoke English a lot once they heard me speak French, though, so they probably Anglicized it.

the eyes on that smurf are a little creepy, i can't lie! but man, the french are way more awesome than us.

you should tell us about france! or me, at least; i've never been, and i think it would be nice to hear about your vacation.

I was troubled by the fact that the Smurf's eyes were so much whiter and brighter than his pants.
