Yet another reason I like Switzerland: I have some glasses that are made by a Swiss company, Götti. I've had them since before I moved to California, and just recently a screw popped out and fell into the sink. Is Scientology actually acceptable now?

Twice this weekend, I've had some weird-ass Scientology run-ins that have me worried:

1. Yesterday, one of my neighbors says he saw protesters outside the local Scientology branch, and he was annoyed that they were pushing literature on him. I recognized who he was talking about...the Anonymous protesters. ( Read more... )

Tomorrow is my second session with my Personal Trainer, and one thing I realized is that I should set some sort of specific goals to really use him effectively. The problem is that I don't really have any *obvious* goals... I don't want to lose x pounds (I don't want to lose any, actually!)
