Here for numerous reasons:
#1. I want to improve.
#2. I want to learn.
#3. I want to listen.
#4. I want to be understood.
#5. I want to play her as well as she deserves.
#6. I want to create a enjoyable experience for any potential taggers and old friends.

Anything offered is appreciated, including praise.
For the most part, what I look for in a critique ( Read more... )

It seems like you've extremely rushed Noin and Zechs' relationship and marriage in this game, and it makes it difficult for people to attempt cr with you. Also the fact that you didn't involve other canonmates seems off, especially Treize. From my standpoint, you're playing a group game like it's a one-on-one, and that does not work. This goes for Zechs as well, if you want to share the crit with them.

Using a sock because you've turned off anon.

I can understand your point, though in the case of the marriage - this is our interpretation based on a reaction that many people have when under duress after, well, so many years of knowing each other (over 10 at this point, based on chapter 2 of the Frozen Teardrop novel). This can also easily be based off their behavior in animated canon. The old "birds of a feather" rings true here, and has for numerous individuals before us. Canonically, their impulsive behavior has been a fair constant, and Noin is rather good at this, also shows in the fact that she has no interest "in waiting". This can be interpreted as people wish, but I'd like to make, based on how Noin tends to act around Zechs based on their history, is applicable, or at least understandable from their view point ( ... )

It has nothing to do with the fact that she's married, as I play a married character as well and none of my others have even met either of them, much less are interested in romance. It's that so much of the plot leading up to it seemed to be out of sight to me. And the idea of panfandom play isn't to just play with one or two people.

With Treize, from what I remember from my last canon review, they both still very much respected him, so not even mentioning the wedding until right before and then not inviting him? Seems off. And no, before you make the accusation, I'm not Treize-mun. "In game with Treize, however, Zechs has reached out to him before as apart of an invite to said wedding, that the player was not around does not mean that he hasn't tried." <

It was out of sight because it was rushed - and the rushing was intentional. It was an emotional response spurred on by them losing everything. They didn't debate on this, they did just jump into it (characteristic of them still ( ... )

Hi there o/ 11ady July 16 2011, 12:45:52 UTC
So the HMD meme just went up and I thought it would be as good a time as any to get my crit for you in here as well. :3 On the matter of characterization, I think you're pretty all right. We've discussed our characters a lot and you understand that Noin is a strong woman. I like how you do piloting with her and the missions we played out together as a Preventer team. It's always a pleasure when we do 3-in-1 CR as Prev interacting cross-canonically with others aboard the ship ( ... )

Hahha, nope, that's all totally fine, and I think I can completely agree. I'm worn out and it's showing - and in more than just one way.

Happy does equal better and you've still a lot of points on that she is a fairly strong individual - very much so for the GW 'verse at large.

And uhm...man, sorry this is short, but you do bring up a very good point. Just need more happy things goin' 'round. <3 I'll see what I can find for that sort of thing to be able to play out because I'm legitimately becoming tired of my own crap.
