Somewhat. That happened a long time ago in my world.

Do you remember all those pictures of the aftermath of the attacks on Poland and France? If you are...that's kind of what it looked like.

I'm really sorry I have to describe it this way, I really am. It's just...I wasn't really thinking when I was packing things to go over there. So it wasn't like I packed a camera or anything.

I don't remember the images exactly. Like I said, it's been a long time since that war in my world. I come from a time where people live in space.

It did. There were even a few bodies - but mostly everything looked like it had been abandoned a long time ago. The only people there - aside from us - were men in suits.

As the days went on, there were more and more of them...they carried weapons too, sometimes. I think they were where the fog was coming from - or else they were wearing the suits to get away from it. You couldn't see their faces through their masks.
