[Frank doesn't entirely understand the connotations of what America means when he says that July 4th is his birthday and Independence Day and just assumes that the man in glasses' birthday conveniently falls on the same date that the United States declared independence.]

As I have learned during my stay here, birthdays are considered important dates. I wish you well on your birth date.
