I came here from rose42dance's journal. The law firm where I work has done a couple of cases involving employment stuff (we have one where a guy was fired and never got a final commission check, and we've done others where a person was permanently disabled and the employer didn't believe it (I think--I was not here when that case was open)), and we've also done a couple of ADA cases, from both sides. They're not our primary focus, but I figured I'd put it out here because I like to help.

If you want more info, send me an email at this username @ gmail. It's a highly rated firm, and we've got a very nice track record, but I don't want to promise that they'll (a) take the case, and (b) not charge a considerable sum of money.
