Well, my Kenwood KDC-MP919 has completely crapped out again. I am almost completely certain it is the ribbon cable that connects the face to the rest of the unit, but I am tired of it failing. I had already sent it back for repair once for the same problem

what year is your pontiac?

I would suggest you stick with Kenwood, else you might really miss the sound quality they engineer...

2000 grand prix. I'm pretty sure it had the premium sound option, too. (I have little dome speakers in the sideview mirror mounting area)
