Because you need the full URL when references a URL from CSS to a secure server, or else it automatically makes it "http" rather than "https".

I came late to CSS, but it's certainly better late than never. Since it is still new to me, some of its advantages still totally amaze me.

I was slogging through "The experience Economy" after grabbing it from the library in back. It has some really interesting ideas, but overall, I think it oversells itself without the research to back it up. Today ended up being a cleaning day. Kelli and I were trying to ship NESCSO, but most of the pain and agony happened yesterday. Today she did the acceptance pass, and I was just "on-call" for bugs.
