Was thinking about this last night and if it's not your thing, then it might just be an unnecessary expense for you, especially if you are losing weight/getting healthier on your own terms (which sounds more than good already!)

Yea I think I won't do it, just because it's pretty uncomfortable to be in that sort of environment. I already think I'm pretty much the fattest person in Korea, so why draw more attention to that.

Too many thin Asians- BUT in Japan, there do exist FAT PEOPLE! (I wanted to go up to them and hug them whenever I saw one...)

Maybe Koreans are healthier, hm.

There really obsessed with 'eating healthy' and by that I mean getting the minimal amount of proteins to have your body exist. Everything western is fattening and they don't like to eat any other starches but rice and rice is just the side dish. So yea, I think korean's are thinner, but probably not too much healthier.

One of my friends who is in Korea for a little bit (she went to college in the US and came back to Korea for a little while). When I saw her she was so thin, obscenely thing and apparently before when her weight was normal for her frame she had to special order clothes because they didn't fit her. She wasn't fat before, she wasn't even really chubby! That's the really sad part.
