Today I went into a grocery store specifically to buy a homeless man a large hot chocolate, hand warmers and hot corn dogs. I'm not exactly well off, but I have a roof over my head and savings in the bank so I wanted to find him something WARM in today's freezing weather

I really doubt the guy with a hot drink, warm food, and a way to keep his hands from freezing is going to be wondering if you were only being charitable out of self-interest.
