I do some work as a consulting resume writer - company sends me client info, I send back resume, they send me edits, so on and so forth. I have never actually contacted the client so far, it's all been through my "supervisor." Manager? Their official title is Resume Manager, so I guess that works

I know the feeling. *shudder* I hate to say it, but you probably got at least some of that from me. Sorry :( It's all the same stuff that's always played into my own phone phobia. I HATE having to talk on the phone. To avoid it, I'll use any other form of contacting people, or any way I have to get someone else to do the phoning.
