It had started as any other day.  It was my first day back from a few days off, and as is typical my mind was not on work, but sinisterly plotting my next lot of leave.  I had one goal for the day: survive the monotony.  I've always seen work as a necessary evil, something I had to do to enjoy my geeky lifestyle outside of office ours.  I spent ( Read more... )

pretty much ok. Another damn toothache/root canal (to save up for). Walked home from other side of Hoyts 8 as was in Sydenham with support worker. But only actual damage is the precious viola, which I'll be taking to Kay (who made it) tomorrow, so it'll get fixed.

My walk home was surreal but cruisy compared to your one. Just a matter of calculating what part of Moorhouse to walk on as I went. Ended up walking down traffic island most of the way between the flooding and the buildings I didn't trust.
