Stuffed Cabbage Leaves

I found and tried out this recipe yesterday, and it is fantastic! I especially love the fact that it has always been gluten free, and isn't a modification.

I've had a similar problem with running out of leaves when I've made stuffed grape leaves. One time I tried using chard leaves instead, since those are so big and wide and flat. That worked well in the stuffed grape leaves recipe. I don't know if it would work as a cabbage alternative, or if that's something you'd even want to try, but it seems like it might be a possibility.

I had a jar of grape leaves in the cubbard and thought about pulling them out - chard might have worked too, but even with what I had, it was tons of food. I was pretty happy with freezing the half I didn't use for later.
