I definitely think you should see it! Honestly I didn't think it was a very good movie; I wish they had developed both the plot and the characters more. However, it is incredibly slashy and it's just got something about it that makes me love it no matter what. I am completely in love with the two main characters and the fandom is amazing.

Yeah, so much of my social life is on the net now, and more specifically on LJ, and while I get a little frustrated when I don't get to read the fics I want to read, what I miss most of all when LJ is down is hanging out with my friends :(

Hahaha is every vid ever posted on youtube unavailable in Germany? (I've noticed that it's nearly always the Germans who can't access vids).

LJ is leaving me sour because I've replied to some peoples comments three times over and each time it times out once I've finished -_- I've just given up on that for the time being.

I really want to read The Eagle novel, I feel like, as you've confirmed, it would feel more fulfilling on every level that the film didn't give. I want to write some fic for it, but I'm nervous because I don't feel versed enough in their relationship!

Yeah I've tried posting comments on some entries all day without success. Everything seems to be working fine atm, but most of yesterday and this morning all my comments timed out

I wish I was a quick reader so I could catch up on all the updates faster and then get on with all the work I am actually getting paid to do. Hahaha, who am I kidding? Even when I'm all caught up, I spend way too much time hitting F5 and wondering where the story's headed next.

Ack! I know just what you mean about the whole DDoS thing. *sigh* I was so mad when I wasn't able to access my account for pretty much all day yesterday. LJ has definitely become a part of my everyday routine lately, so not being able to get on site for that long just really sucked.

And what can I say - I'm in it for the fanfic, too! LOL! And when I couldn't get my daily 'fix' I think I might have started going through withdrawals or something. :P

It's weird... in just a little more than a year LJ has become such an important part of my life that when I can't access it I get panicky and am sometimes having trouble focusing on RL obligations. I should probably try to change that hehe.
