Wow Canada's welfare system sure is generous, maybe I can come up there and mooch off you all for a while?! With that amount in welfare I may very well pay off my debts sooner. :p

You'd probably find it a welcome change.

We have higher costs of living, partly because of the cold and distances which add to per capita energy use, but it's still a good country, for our social safety net.
